Has been beautiful weather all three days. For sure have gotten my exercise in, and a few bargains. Only stopped long enough to take a break, and getting ready to go again. Last day always has better prices.

a lot of used walmart stuff was about all i seen on the roller coaster. seen some dollar store figurines too.( Hey you can get those at the dollar store for a dollar.) No yard sale prices either. Guess we've all had to many yard sales to have anything good left. To top it all of who wants stuff that has set out in the rain? it smells. The descent stuff I did see was priced like it was in an antique store. I think the rollar coaster has been a great thing in the past but it's turned in to a junk fair.

I think the only problem is ppl want you to practically give your stuff away. I had a couple complaints about 2 of my items being to high, but when I paid 35 and its brand new never been opened.. And I'm asking 10 for it?? I don't think that's too high. It was an expensive name brand home decor still sealed in the box..... Is my pricing all wrong here? Just curious and looking for sensible feedback, for future reference.

No.
Personally I think that sounds reasonable. Maybe it just wasn't an item those looking were needing at the time. People had a lot of reproduction items priced higher than the antiques shops sell the actual old items. True antiques are expensive and collectors expect to pay high for them. I think people are just being real picky about what they spend their money on because everything cost so much. I just saw a lot of really trashy items that needed to be in the trash and not in a yard sale, but that's their business. After all the years people have been doing this I think people struggled to find anything descent to sale. Some did have some good buys but they were very few. I don't think I will participate next year.
