I think from now on when the officials arrest a methhead or drunk or dopehead that they should just back off and give them a good warm cup of tea and also awonderful massage to calm them down. And like my first grade teacher used to do if someone acted up a smack on the hand with a ruler. And then when they get them to jail be sure to read them a bedtime story until they are asleep. And then a good breakfast and clean clothes and a workout and oh yeah that colored T.V and be sure and turn it on the channel they want too.Don,t forget the snacks.Anybody out there ever witness someone on Meth or any other drugs? Have you ever had to deal with it?i say get them off the streets, they don,t have any rights as far as I,m concerned. But we have a right to be kept safe from them on our streets.Enough of this bullshi-about these methheads rights! They lost them as soon as they got behind that wheel of that car and risked innocent peoples lives. That,s why they are out here now cause they keep getting slaps on the wrist and catered to. Anybody?

Drug legalization with more focus on drug abuse treatment is a better option IMO.Prohibition creates a BLACK MARKET of crime. It looks like people would have learned that with alcohol prohibition we are 40 years into the drug war and the drug problem is just getting worse, mainly because the very same people who are making the drug laws are also supplying most of the drugs{CIA}.It's not a war on drugs,it"s a war on personal freedom, for example you could go to a doctor and get a script of Prozac and end up killing yourself from the effects of the drug but since a CORPORATION owns prozac not much of a fuss is made over it yet you cant grow a medicinal plant because it's untaxed.Alcohol,Nicotine, proza c-good drugs because they are taxed its those UNTAXED drugs that are the bad ones right?

The more I hear about the trial, the more I think that Eaton is INNOCENT and was probably set up by the feds because of some agenda, but useful idiots like you ARE NOT helping Chris -he pleaded innocent, but here you are supporting him in some posts but then promoting taking someones civil rights away in this one.If you dont believe in the constitution take a trip to China you may like it there.I dont know for sure if Eaton is guilty or not but idiots like you are not helping his case,I personally have faith in the court system so I am saving my opinion for the final verdict.

Your post interests me because I wonder should we classify all those who have had a run in with meth in the same category. What about those young adults who have made a bad mistake to meet up with the wrong people and got caught quick ? Are they still considered no good meth heads ? Should we lock them up and throw away the key for a bad mistake they made? Do they not get a chance to straighten out their life ?

I don't do drugs or even drink alcohol ! I sit back and I wonder which is worse someone addicted to drugs or someone addicted to alcohol ?? They are both bad situations if you ask me but no one seems to think that being a drunk is a problem .
People drink daily do we lock them away too?

We all make mistakes but when your bad choice or mistake risk the lives of innocent people just like a child when you discipline them sometimes you have to take action to ensure it doesn,t happen again and even though yes I do believe in second chances but take a look at the Barren County jail and just look and see how many had second third and fourth chances. Where does it end?

The prisons are overfilled with non-violent drug offenders, that is why they keep letting them out -the prisons can't hold them all that is a fact! Why do you think they started drug court?
