Yes it is, as a matter of fact, "Steel Country" will be playing there again june 4th. I went the last time they played there and these guys are good. Nice crowd too, and a great dance floor. So if you enjoy good music and dancing come on out.

Do they rent out the Venue for events, such as family reunions? If so, who should be contacted to make arrangements? Do they have a website?

Lots of really good bands have tried to play there.... And were either flat out turned down because certain ppl hadn't heard of them or were told they'd have to pay an ungodly amount of money to play there! If it is closed.... Good riddens. Did nothing to promote any of the talent we have in our community and one band they turned down is record label bound. So they may OWN the venue someday. LOL.

The band I am talking about is rock/ metal and when their contracts are signed, etc. I will tell you who it is. They had to collect all their demos they had given out to friends/ family on orders of the execs. I guarantee you are gonna wish you'd given them a "venu" LoL.

Wrong...Steel Country is not Jr. Bowles and Greg Williams. Steel Country is Tim Durham, Karl Everett, Donnie Miller, Jimmie Lewis, and Clyde Lane. They are a great classic country band who have played together for years. They don't have a record deal but they have certainly played in their fair share of venues....certainly more than the "little rockers" in Glasgow.

Let's see. Steel country. You ripped of a legendary band named steel dragon. Lol. A rocker. Who and the he'll couldn't play country all you need to know is 6 damn chords. Lol. Why would a bunch of old f u c k nuts want to play a teen club. If steel country was so damn good why don't they headline in bowling green ... At a big club. They don't serve beer at the venue.... The only reason you play the venue is cause it's a small room and if 6 people come it looks like a damn crowd.... Steal country is like school in the summer. No class. No ass ... What people come and see you. Buck tooth bitches and people who are red neck food stamp jack offs .... I think jr Bowles had a better country band and is easy to work with .... You suck.

Copycat, I'm going to try and be nice here although you certainly don't deserve it.
Everyone has a right to their choice in music and some people love Country Music. If you don't like it, then by all means stay away. Steel Country draws a good crowd of people who come out to enjoy the music and dance. True, there is no beer or smoking but the people that show up there are not interested in getting intoxicated, just some good clean fun.
Last but not least, The Venue is not a teen club. Any band can play there as long as they can draw the people in.
Ok, I'm done being nice. Why don't you take your skinny, illiterate @ss off of your Momma's computer and go to Bowling Green ( Where all of the music "STARS" headline)according to you. LMAO

Line dancer. That died in to 80 s. Lol. Good clean fun. That steel country couldn't get a gig in houchens parkin lot the venue is a teen club how do I know my kid gigs there .. I been in music for 41 years. Glasgow has never had or will have a venue .... Do you rent the venue or do you just walk in set up play and get paid if you makn less than 400 a night your stupid.... What's real funny to me. Is when I asked over 20 musicians on one heard of steel country. But every body has heard steel dragon. Ps. I'm on 103.7 left and right if you ain't on the f u c k n radio you don't matter cause you'll be playing the teen club. The venue for ever ps. Ask the owner who has ever made him the most money. It ain't a country. Band ps. If your brains was gas there wouldn't be enough to fill a piss ants go cart to go half way around a fruit loop

Sounds like you may be jealous, all of the band members except for one has played in Bowling Green in the bars and are tired of it. They still do shows in BG and places out of the state. They play to have fun now and what it is too you anyways. Why don't you spell the name right STEELE COUNTRY. The venue is not only for teens is was designed for family oriented a place that you know nothing about. If you don't like their music then don't listen to them it don't bother them none, but the band members are good men alot of people like them so shut up.
