Why did Owen Lambert try to buy Randy Raines house that South Central Bank had foreclosed upon. The bank was being sued by the Raines and then the president of SCB wants to move in his house?

All I need to know is did Mr. Raines keep up with his payments on his mortgage? Yes or No?
If not, then I wouldn't care who bought it.

Why didn't Mr. Lambert get to move in? I heard the Court stopped it! Why did South Central Bank sell that beautiful home on Southfork for a loss?! Why would they buy it for $330,000 and sell it for $250,000 after they let it fall apart when the family that lived there was wanting to purchase it back at $250,000.00. That don't make any sense!

A bank always has to bid on a property it forecloses on, to protect their interest. Mr. Lambert may have only been bidding for the bank not for his own personal occupation.
Banks will always bid on properties the foreclose on.
