So sad. People make promises before God. Promises for the rest of their life. The two become one and no one should ever come between them. But people get divorced all the time without thinking past themselves. Divorce is not good in any way. Especially if there are children involved. You people make light of it and are very cruel to this person. Unbelievable. Kentucky is wrong for making it so easy to get a divorce. Affairs should be taken into consideration if they can be prooved.

This is true, but someone may not know that yes KY is a no-fault state when it comes to getting divorce, but that don't mean if there is any, Children involved, and or assest's it is a Judge who decides, and he can do it how ever he please's!!!

These sound like a bunch of young kids just trying to get under someone's skin! They want have any problem getting a divorce but it looks like that will be all one of them gets!

I don't think the real problem is that divorces are too easy to get. I think the real problem is that marriages are too easy to get. Some times people change in a marriage. Other times, people falsely assume that some negative trait in their partner will disappear and that love will cure it. Many times things get worse in a marriage. Drinkers drink more. Dopers consume more. Abusers abuse more. So people need to take a good hard look at their future spouses before making the leap; also, there should be a good reason for getting married. Turning nineteen isn't one of them.

I know there are people who got married at 13 and are still married 70 years later and I know that some people go bad during a marriage, but people do need to think long and hard before getting married to make sure they are getting married for the right reason and more importantly to the right person. If this were to happen, the divorce rate might drop some. Or at least we can hope that it does.

There are people who get married and stay married all there life no matter what.Getting married is ment to be for life but being cheated on is not part of the vals.Nor is abuse in the vals.If your not happy ,then you should no be together because ,if there are children you just hurt them more by fighting around them. And for the actual person who is getting a divorce, grow up this is not the place to solve marital problems, nor air your dirty laundry if you have any intention of doing any thing but cause trouble.hope you grow up before you remarry.

I think both JFK and Santa make good point's!! But it is probaly the person who is getting the divorce how they want to go about it and as far as airing dirty laundry on this site, that would be up to the person to decide and if that is what they want to do than by all means, "go for it"!!!

Santa you do your laundry how you would like it done and this person is in-titled to do the same!

JFK yes marriage is supposed to be for-ever but divorce happens every day and is just part of life!

Just a thought!!

I agree with Cheer Up; however, my point is that some people spend more time and effort and put more thought in buying a car than in choosing a spouse, and this is a recipe for disaster unless they are really, really lucky.

I agree
I would recommend....
know your mate for several years...no rush to marriage
know their family...fruit usually falls close to the tree
know their credit history...do not marry anyone with bad credit
shows responsibility to others and how serious they take that
get an education before getting married...choose someone educated
don't marry someone with ex problems....get those sorted out first
marry someone who believe in God and will pray with you
marry someone who treats their parents with respect
marry someone who is organized ...how do they keep their car?
their purse or wallet?

No...I didn't fallow these recommendations but I wish I had.

yep...a good idea.....learn the parents and love them if you can
if you can't....pass on that one. There is that "someone" that fits the bill.

S.S. I want to tell you how pathetic you are pretending to be your daughter. You are even sicker than I thought. I feel sorry for your child having to live with you acting like this every day. I realy hope and pray you seek the help you need before it has lasting effects on your child.

Daily Horoscope for December 7

Aries

The level of sexual chemistry flowing between you and you-know-who is so powerful right now that you could almost reach out and touch it. This could lead to some X-rated scenes but there's also a chance that it could go another way and provoke a combustible atmosphere. So do your best to steer the situation in whichever direction you want it to take.
