Does Sitel do random drug tests if there's no suspicion of use?

Here is a novel idea that you probably never thought of - Don't do Drugs and you will never ever have to worry about passing a drug test, has that ever crossed your mind?

I strongly believe all companies should drug test their employees, as well as people collecting Welfare and Food Stamps!!

I think the constitution protests us against unreasonable search and seizure. The government needs reasonable suspicion and a signature from an elected judge to get a warrant. Drug tests should be no different. When did we as Americans decide to lay down and give all our rights away?

Why should I have to work with drugies? Pulling their weight, and them being lost in another world.

I agree with you. I don't care what kind of lame job someone has, they don't need to be under the influence while working.

I disagree - having served in the military we were directed to take a drug test and working for the Veterans Administration we were subject to random drug testing.

Once again - if you don't do drugs, you won't have anything to worry about - Simple as That.......

I agree that a job where public safety is at risk; military, pilots, bus drivers etc. etc, should be tested. But seriously, answering phones at sitel. I think not.

Great answer and I agree that a random drug test is probably not needed at Sitel, but the future employee shouldn't have to worry about, if they are not doing drugs.

i work there its not random like they just pull you out of a line its like if they believe you are by the way ou are acting or like hr department said if you come in with alcohol on your breath then yes ou will be tested and then terminated but its not like they pull your name out of a hat only if you give them reason.
