how would the birds be starving to death there are so many more bugs this year because of the short mild winter.

hmmmm a bird story missed....

A Sad Bird Story:

World's oldest pet parrot dies at 55 after croaking apt final word

A 55-year-old African Grey named Tarbu, believed to be the world’s oldest pet parrot, has now flown off for good, but not before chirping a poignant last word:“Cheerio.” Tarbu’s devoted 89-year-old owner, Nina Morgan, said the beloved bird she’d owned since 1957 croaked his chipper sign-off before bedtime. The next morning Tarbu was too weak to greet Morgan with his usual “Hello, my darling,” and before she’d finished her tea, he’d tumbled from his perch. Morgan said the secret to Tarbu’s longevity was a regular diet of Kit Kat bars and crappy TV. That does sound like something to live for.[Source]

That has nothing to do with the birds.
Isn't this the bird thread? Not the spam thread. Not the arguement thread. Not the grudge thread.
The BIRD thread.
Think of the birds.

One for the birds!
"Come, buy my bags full of crumbs;
Come feed the little birds,
Show them you care
And you'll be glad if you do
Their young ones are hungry
Their nests are so bare
All it takes is tuppence from you
Feed the birds, tuppence a bag
Tuppence, tuppence, tuppence a bag
Feed the birds," that's what she cries
While overhead, her birds fill the skies

Daily Horoscope for May 21

Aquarius

There simply aren't enough hours in the day today for you to do everything that's on your list, so concentrate on the priorities. Don't feel guilty about what's been left out and start to worry about it. This isn't an easy day because you're feeling pressured and anxious, so don't expect too much from yourself. There's less energy than usual, which doesn't help.
