I am thinking about leaving SCB because they did me wrong when I was on vacation for a couple months. They refused to forward my statements & they shreaded them so that I couldn't get them later for my tax records. They acted like I should have known their policy of not forwarding bank statements. I have very little use for SCB.
Ok i know for a fact that you can access all past staements with the online banking. i also know that if you request copies of past statements that they will print them for you....so you are either lying or you never actually tried.

I disagree the customer that walks in the Bank deserves the attention of the teller...the person on the phone probably is shopping rates or wanting to know about their account..If the phone is ringing let someone without a customer answer it...that customer that takes the time to walk in should be the teller's priority!!
Every customer, both in person and on the phone deserves the attention of the employees everytime. and that is the kind of customer service one can expect from that bank

Tellers are usekess.
Truth be told-it must be you that it "usekess" (useless). Oh!!!! Wait, did you make a mistake and mispell something? Yes, I think you did. Did forty something people point it out and make a crude remark about not letting "Nation of Imbeciles" participate in the forum (if we had a way)?? No. That didn't happen. Reason is, that was a MISTAKE. They happen. It happens to the President, your spouse, teachers, judges, cooks, singers, ballplayers, writers, dancers, servers and yeah... your LOCAL TELLER!!

That being said, if your bank has tellers who frequently make mistakes or have made a terrible mistake I would let someone of authority know and let them handle it. That is their job. If it still leaves you unhappy we have the great priveledge of having many, many banks to chose from. Yeah for us! Woo hoo :/

We can all choose where we bank. One of the above commented that many are being let go, many are still there, and have been for years that will suffer because of all this. For you to bash one of the above who commented is wrong! You have no idea their circumstances.
I think you need to actually READ my post that you are replying to - I, in no form "bashed" anyone, I was commenting on the great service and treatment that I have received there. So, please, go back and READ it.

I think you replied to the wrong post... I'm just sayin'! You need to go to pg.1 and look at what you actually replied to b/c that person was clearly giving kudos to SCB and actually gave some names. Ease up!

SCB's internet banking has copies of your statements. And it's free to consumers.
