To the Walmart employee that accused me of shoplifting last Tuesday as I was leaving the store, I just wanted to inform you that the little conflict is not over. I can't understand why you accused me of shoplifting and made me dump my cart of groceries out and had to verify them on the receipt. I didn't think anything of it because I have seen it with others, but it un-nerved me because I didn't set the alarm off and I had the receipt with every item on it. I didn't care for your attitude either. I just wanted to let you know I returned to Walmart after the incident a couple of days this past week and observed numerous people set the detectors off while sitting on the bench and in McDonalds and were never questioned, the last straw for me was the fella that walked out with the TV set in the tanktop and was never questioned even though the alarm went off. Most likely the dude shoplifted it out of the store.
I just wanted to let ya know that I have obtained legal counsel and have contacted Walmart district management. Let me tell you something you old little bitch, if you think you are going to discriminate against me and intimidate me to make you look good, honey you better think again. If your gonna question someone, make sure you question each and every person and not pick and choose whom doesn't suit your standards. I would appreciate if you look me in the eye and have a little chat with me as to how I didn't suit your standards and don't be a coward and give me a response. This matter is not over.
A similar thing happened to me at wal mart and I was hoping you could let me know how your case went? Thanks!

Cameras would show when you checked out. Also there is record if you used your employee discount card. You need to contact regional management higher up the ladder than your local store about the issue. Topix can't keep your job. Good luck.

You all are being very mean. Saying this is stupid for her to complain about it. Its not stupid. I was in the same situation and I don't appreciate people like you being such jerks about it. If something like that happened to you, you would be upset too. So...quit being little assholes. I understand what she is going through. And I hope it turns out ok.

I have sued Wal-Mart for the same thing, the first thing your lawyer will ask you is "what is your damage?" If your response is good enough then you have a lawsuit as I did. I won 80k from Wal-Mart. It's not much but I definetely enjoyed seeing the Asset Protection guy who stopped me get fired by some corporate manger. They apologized and we all went on with our lives.

There will be no legal case. This will go nowhere. You have no "legal team". Just finish venting on Topix and move on.
I have to inform you that it most likely will go there. It happens all the time. I don't think your hip to the new aged crimes, and go straight to cooperate. I wasaccused by an employer at Walmart for destroying a package. Yes, i opened it, but maybe i didn't shut the box back properly. You are right, i think he needs to stop posting online and get it done. A lawyer would pick that up in a heartbeat. A crooked lawyer and there are many. Anyway, i got 4,000 dollars and a courtesy 500 Walmart giftcard. It is possible and it does happen. Open your mind and stop being narrow minded. If you want it done and believe it can be, than it will be.

LOL! A lawyer wouldn't blow his nose for $4K much less go to court, even if you let him keep the whole thing. And stop opening packages! Other people have to buy it if you don't want it.
