Petro - Best fuel in town !

I travel alot and I think it is great that Petro in Glade spring has no ethanol in its gas. My vehicle runs so much better. Every time I get the chance thats where I stop to fuel. I hope everyone stops there not only there fuel but the people there are just as great. Theres always a smiling face. I would recommend Petro to everyone.

I agree I am at Petro several times a week passing thru and that would be my number 1 choice. You can get almost anything there and the food is great ! The girls that work there are our favorites. The 3 girls at the travel store that work day shift are somthing else you could't ask for better people and the manager is awesome she jokes around with everyone. Petro is far more homier than any place I go. Keep up the smiles girls !

Hey curious, LOL..Don't you mean Nicks girls ? Although I don't guess he would mind if you laid claim to them also. Nick Lambert should be very proud of his girls your right there great. I'm in there everyday and to hear those girls carry on with one another is hilarious as hell ! You can really see there close as family. Thats the best kind of place to work.

I stop at Petro alot too. And think the world of the girls there is only 1 lady there that seems to have a malfunction and not be friendly on first shift and the second shift is okay there always nice. There are only afew draw backs one for example is not enuf bathrooms and the laundry room is in the T.V. room ! I don't know who thought that one up but whoever it was couldn't have been a driver thats been on the road for hours and just wants to relax. The other is the fuel desk always getting backed up. The blonde that works it is more into chatting or giving out hugs ! She is a sweet girl but move the line thru sweetheart drivers who arent laid over for the day don't have time. But all in all I do stop at Petro all the time and when I'm not in a hurry I love to go in and see whats new with the girls everyone does have that right there a good bunch of girls.

I know the lady your refering to and she isan't like the rest of them. Shes very rude. They have a 5.00 minimum to run credit cards and 1 of the cashiers was going to run it for less and the lady ask me why I thought I was more special than anyone else and she was serious ! To say the least I didn't get my stuff I guess the cashier was afraid of getting in trouble. I love the first shift girls and have been going in since they opened but when I go in I never talk to that old lady. She isant a people person.

People are what makes the world go round ! We wouldn't want everyone the same. I think the girls are perfect and Petro should be damn glad to have them. As for the girls mentioned as Nicks girls ( YOU GUYS ROCK !) I love your attitudes, your sense of humor and to an old lonely truck driver the conversations. I could listen to all your accents all day. Stay the same and never change ! We all love you.

Thanks alot for the nice comments you all have left for the girls these ladies work hard and play hard. They are just like my family I have many sisters and brothers that opps sometmes in talking to them you forget whom you are talking to. zelma and her good old buddies,cathy, lynette the manger who is mom to every one of us boy does she have her hands full somtimes. with all this being said we do have a good group to work for and hang out with and just going in and seeing them have a smile on there face makes my job much easiser and i would have it any other way. I have work with each for six years and they are all hard worker. We enjoy every day at the Petro.

I've been going to Petro for 9 years now and know most of the people there. Petro girls are my family away from home you might say ! I know your jobs aren't always easy from the truck drivers but I just want to mention afew that hasn't been thanked before of course theres Cathy, Zelma, Shantel, Lynette who do a great job and theres also Charlotte, Felisha, and Abbey...To all you girls you are great !

Respectfully to all, I do not go to the Petro. I have, but not normally. But I do have a question. Is their gas 100% gasoline or a 10% Ethanol based fuel?

The reason I am asking is because 10% Ethanol fuel is not recommended for outboard motors. I know that fuel additives can be used to protect outboard motors from Ethanol damage, but it is easier to get the real stuff.

I went by the Petro place today, just to see for myself. You were correct in your statement "Petro is 100% gasoline." The way this country is heading, it is nice to know that a man's/woman's(?) word still means something.

Petral has great gas but the food is terrible.I had the buffet and the chicken was dry as a desert,tasted 3 days old. I thought it was expensive and I almost choked a couple times trying to swallow that garbage.

Your right the Iron skillet is ridiculously high but the food is decent most of the time but I have had dry chicken too. I have seen a drop in there customers I think its due to the manager Henley try to cut food down and being cheap ! At least Petro is the same !

lemme tell yall country boyz another thing, dont ever use 10% ETHENOL blend in your chainsaws,or 2 cycle equipment,within a month or so youll ruin the cylinder and piston,the shit makes the saw run too hot,heed this warning.I dont even think that shits good for lawnmowers.I know my car runs shittier runnin 10% ethenol.Gee, maybe its big brother trying to revive the turd auto companies, double flush all them assholes and they can shove their overpriced junk up their fing asses.They got 80 or so billion but dam if they ever get me to buy one of their overpriced,hi margined,pos rides.
