Most all of the washouts around the Deming area were places that was clear cut above the side,so the price of home damage,road dameage comes the life some fokes lead and the money they make,there's nothing wrong with hard working men makeing money,but when things like this happen they are not acountable,so the tax payers pick up the bill.
