I absolutely believe that all police officers should be drug tested. I used to work at Home Depot. They do a drug test on every employee that has an accident, such as falling off a ladder, etc.

{Kate, Dirty S (Spokane) P (police) D (department) is not a cop hater. This person was wronged by the SPD many, many times because of family connections to the cop in question. This person was continuously harrassed and arrested unjustly. After years of fighting and attorney fees, the SPD finally dropped all charges and his record has disappeared, because they knew they were wrong. There was no monetary compensation either. Once this person threatened to go to the media with all the evidence, they dropped it and exsponged (sp) the record completely. Also, people in this family were fired for what they did to this person. Some of the family members even quit due to embarrassment of the other family members in the SPD. And by the way, the cop in question does not exactly have a clean record with the SPD. I do not know why he is still with the SPD.}

Kate, Olsen will have his day in November and then he'll know how I felt. But his charges a far more worse than mine were. Why is that? O yeah, thats right, he shot a man in the back of the head. That's prison time in most cases. That's attemped murder for civilians. Just because he had a badge that's the only reason why they didn't charge him with that. Apparently you don't know what you are talking about. There were finger prints on the outside of the vehicle (not the inside). If your sooo interested in this case and commenting on it on here you should get your facts straight before you go and write comments down on the internet making yourself look like a fool! Yup, he's such a good police officer except for the time he stopped a teenager on a bike by hitting him with his police door and hurt the teenager. Except for the time when he chased a vehicle down division without his police lights on and hurt another teenage boy. Except for the time he and his fellow police officers followed my Native teenage bros down town at the lilac parade and didn't leave them alone until an adult finally said something. Except for the time he harassed one of my Natives bros and watched his every move outside his apt. and even got him evicted from his home. Yup, he's such a good hearted police officer (NOT!). I know this is a bit late but, as an adult living in a free country I'm pretty sure that I could go out of my house at any time of the day or night. At least I have enough brains to not handle a fire arm while I've been out drinking.

I don't think he was crying foul, probably just crying from getting shot in the head. Why you blaming the victim for something officer olsen did. Shonto was acquitted so obviously olsen overreacted. If the cop stayed home, maybe this wouldn't have happened either
