Sarah Palin was an inspiration to millions of americans. I believe who ever is saying those terrible things about her is a jealous woman. Mark my words.
GOD BLESS her & her family.

Uhm, this is NOT about Sarah Palin...

I hope someone finds this woman and brings her back to her family.

She's in my prayers

How in the world did Sarah Palin's name get mixed up in this tragic story? I also pray for this lady and hope some good news is forthcoming. However, it does not sound likely, does it? I absolutely hate what people do to hurt other people.

Ask the corrupt trooper?

Something doesn't add up; the trooper talks to her for TWENTY minutes? Why did he talk to her so long if he noticed nothing wrong (with this woman, who had reportedly been swerving all over the road and hit a guardrail moments earlier?) It makes no sense. There may not be corruption, but it's certainly incompetence.

Nothing about this adds up. I just can't imagine what might have happened to her. I pray for answers and her return soon. Almost two weeks. This is so sad.

Bean-bean, come home.

Every time there has been news, the more strange it gets. It's interesting that the truck was left without investigation, especially when the trooper knew there must have been something wrong. When he returned and she was missing, what was he thinking not calling it in? There's nothing of this on the blotter, and it gets more troublesome from there. None of this makes sense.
Beany has been a warm, sweet friend, and a joy to all who have known her.
I hope she is found safe and brought home.
Please, keep prayers going for her.

What is wrong with you? This article is about a loving, wonderful woman who has gone missing, and you use this for some insipid drivel? It makes me angry to see an article about someone I care about be used for your own, completely different agenda. Heartless, that's what it is.

Almost 2 weeks and no sign of Beany.

What could have happened? It is all so strange. Just to go Missing without a trace... Someone had to have seen something. Please come fwd if you did. Help to bring her home....
Beany, if you needed time away, we understand, but please let all know.. Your family and everyone are just sick over all of this.

Please, GOD, give us some clues...

Lie: Trooper says he pulled Kathy over morning of 10/27. Truth: 3 civilians had her blocked (after flashing their lights and getting her to pull off the road) to prevent her from getting back on the highway as they waited for the trooper, after witnessing her erratic driving and confused, odd behavior, one witness even spoke to her. Trooper also says she was sleeping, yet witness had just talked to her minutes before. He shouldv'e called a family member to come pick her up. It was absolutely incompetent for the trooper to allow her to drive again. She needed help! That type of driving could've killed someone. Troopers and detective never contacted witness after she went missing. Witness had to contact them.

Lie: Troopers say they found her truck still there and further down the road doing a welfare check. Truth: The family found her truck as they searched themselves and were not notified by troopers until that time that a trooper had talked to her the previous Monday. Why wasn't the family told about what had happened on 10/27? The family reported her missing Tuesday.

What are the troopers hiding? My prayers are with her family~

troopers droped the ball on this one again.
if she had a McCain-Palin T-shirt on they

Remember Mathew Owens, The Nome Cop who killed the pregnant girl. If you were the last person to see someone alive you would be the prime suspect. But a good ol boy donut eater gets away with anything, Trooper Wooten, the Fairbanks trooper writing perscription on a stole pad. Cant be a trooper while on 18 months probation but will be allowed to return to law enforcement.

Fire them all and start over Law enforcement in Alaska Should be like the doctors oath, do no harm. What we have now is worse than nothing at all.

To all of you trying to turn this into something political, KNOCK IT OFF! You people must be sick and twisted in the head to come on a message board about a missing woman who has been a wonderful friend and source of support to so many people. You are disgusting self-absorbed losers. Get off your political crap, and never post on this board unless you have information as to where our beloved friend is, or to leave comfort.

To the one who mentioned that she might have been arrested if she were wearing a McCain/Palin t-shirt... read the article again, get your facts straight. She went missing a full week before the elections took place.

Furthermore, make sure you are clicking the right article link before you leave a comment, I think some of you have commented on the wrong link.

So many questions that need answers. We all want Beany to come home safe and sound and soon.

This original story ran ELEVEN DAYS after Beany was reported missing. It's now almost another week later and no updates? Nothing? Is this not news in Anchorage? There has to be more that can be reported. Please publish some sort of update on this case.

It's a shame there hasn't been more news coverage on this - is the media really that heartless - this is news, this is important - can't you devote 1 minute of an update just in case someone new is watching - It's not like missing people are an everyday happening in Anchorage and there seems to be a lot of unreported information in these posts alone...
