let me start off by saying i am not a smoker and have never been, but i totally disagree with this ban. How can we call ourselves americans? The very thing that Ohio has ban is sold in just about every grocery store, pharmacy and gas station. I have an idea why dont the non smokers who dont want to be exposed to the smoke stay out of bussinesses that allow smoking its that simple. Dont you see this is not just about smoking is about the government taking control over on more thing, making one more thing illegal pretty soon we won't be a free country anymore. I am ashamed to say i live in ohio. Come on if we got rid of all the things that personally offends us where would america end up.
