On this topic you are way off of point!!
Poor Mr. Crowder.

He's paid by Fox to perform observe, interview, document, and record the newsworthy events in Lansing. Instead, he intentionally and unprofessionally inserts himself into a potentially volatile situation by attempting to intercede, and assist in preventing union protestors from taking down an AFP tent, essentially "choosing sides" during the very protest he is "reporting" on.

Then he ends up getting punched.

Poor Mr. Crowder.

So Fred, if you were working under contract with that big pharma company at a rate of $58 per hour, wouldn't it be cool if your check on Friday was calculated at $42 per hour instead?

Not even Obama.

Crowder is a Wing Fringe stool pigeon.

AFP:(American Fools on Parade!)

Writers for the newspaper include Michael Collins Piper, whose work has been characterized as anti-semitic,[4] and James P. Tucker, Jr., a longtime Spotlight reporter whose focus is the Bilderberg Group. Articles by Carto also appear occasionally. James Edwards, who now hosts The Political Cesspool (broadcast as a service of the neo-Nazi Stormfront) was also a former writer for the newspaper.

The newspaper also runs columns by Joe Sobran, James Traficant, Paul Craig Roberts, Ron Paul, and others. The newspaper's podcast series has featured mainstream guests including Brian Baird, Philip Giraldi, Dean Baker, and others.[5]

Attendees of the 2006 American Free Press / The Barnes Review conference included [6] Arthur Jones, former member Nationalist Socialist White People's Party [7] and USS Liberty investigator Tito Howard. Dr. Hesham Tillawi whose show has been called "a megaphone for Holocaust deniers and white supremacists seeking to broadcast their hatred and anti-Semitism into American homes"[by whom?] also was a speaker.

Some authors of the American Free Press such as Michael Collins Piper and Carto-affiliated institutions such as the Center for Historical Review have published books which have been published in paper and electronic format on the America First Books website America First Books.[8][9] William B. Fox is the publisher. It promotes nationalist viewpoints similar to those of the American Free Press and its authors. On its website it is explained why "supporting nationalism, to include even certain forms of 'white nationalism' makes good long term business sense"

I know the threats of violence are quite unsettling. When I first started reading the boards I was terribly put off by them as well.
While it may not reassure you much, once I recognized the level of powerlessness that these threats arise from, I found them much less disturbing.
You've got older, white men, who feel that they have little agency over their own lives, in a context which has rapidly devalued their privilege. They're confused, afraid and angry. Things have changed so much, in a way so far from their expectations and it must seem wonderfully unfair.
Reading these threats as threats against individuals is indeed concerning.
Reading them instead as empty threats by the powerless against the system which contains the individuals they name in their threats, makes everything look much more manageable. These men aren't likely to hurt anyone. They haven't got the agency to make themselves heard in meaningful ways, let alone take drastic and dangerous steps outlined here.
It is still inappropriate and points to the immaturity and lack of reason which leaves them unable to seek redress and respect from the world. But it's a lot less scary than reading the bravado and bluster outside of their contexts.
I agree. It is always the old, angry, unaccomplished, white men. But having said that, they still don't have the right to just make shit up. Especially "UnReality" He has taken it way too far.
Trained Navy Seals. Trained Marine Snipers to shoot. Owns his own multi million dollar company. Has a "trophy wife." Is a fine wine conissuer. Sells the corks and bottles for ten dollars each, but cannot tell me what kind of wine.
Is a CEO of his own company. Is 6'2" tall. Is Buff. I could go on and on, but you can just refer to his/her posts.

Any way, very good description of some of the posters here. Especially, "UnReality"........ ;-)

That went right over your head, didn't it?

58 is much greater than 42, by about 16, correct?

Go back a few posts, read what Fred's assertions about the most Quinnipiac poll of Kasich's popularity, and then go look at the poll data itself. I've provided a link.

I have four children Karl. Three of them are well adjusted adults, and one is a well adjusted juvenile that I am raising on my own.

Wow, the slow train man is above water in his favorability. This state is dumber than I thought!
The questions about a primary challenger (HA!) are useless without suggesting any opponents (Husted?, damn RINO)
It's worth noting that his approval is the highest that the firm has ever seen him polled at.
About 30% of Ohio has forgotten who slow train Ted was, that's alarming.
84% have no clue who PO 14 is.
(Ryan isn't running for Governor, his record is weak in Congress and he is angling for the Senate in 2016 if he does anything, he's got a safe seat for life)
The incumbent is normally re-elected here unless the economy is really bad or they are corrupt.
If PO 14 doesn't run, da Precha will, and remind everyone why he was voted out.
My point exactly. These fools running their traps on here about the death of organized labor's political influence are too blind to reality to look at the example that has played out right here in Ohio over the past two years.

Kasich's (un)popularity has very little to do with those bears and lions running loose down near Columbus a while back, or his amendment of the vicious dog statute (that now makes Duke persona non grata if he gets caught diggin in the neighbor's trash three times).

The very same Koch Brothers inspired plan of attack that Kasich used here immediately after taking office is being implemented one state north, with slight variations.

you are about as relevant as the brilliant landscaper planting grass seed in Cleveland this morning.

the fool running their traps on here are you and your mutt dog pack

What happened in Michigan is that the Governor signed a law giving the people their own choice back.

you commies don't like people having choice....you want to dictate

as we give you the finger and move on, I am sure your failed politics are going to get creamed when people get to choose.

you want the right to choose to kill babies; but not pay union dues?

You mean "choice" like pro-choice? You know us Liberals. Unfortunately, your "choices" consistantly line up with the choices of oil billionaires. No matter how much you brag about your money to compensate for your baby dick, the Koch brothers view you like a crack head in an alley. Good job, scarecrow!
