But I got the impression from what I saw that Mr. Crowder, who is on the payroll of Fox News and was working in his capacity as a "reporter" for that organization, was perhaps being a bit aggressive himself in executing the duties of his "profession".
I know what constitutes assault, in a legal sense. I have a funny feeling that perhaps Mr. Crowder may have assaulted a burly union member in order to make his "story" more compelling for the cameras that captured it.
