Dave Grohl is the former drummer of Nirvana, current frontman of Foo Fighters, and drummer of Them Crooked Vultures. Grohl was born in Warren and grew up in Alexandria, Virginia. He returned to Warren on August 1, 2009, where he was given a key to the city and performed the songs "Everlong", "Times Like These", and "My Hero".
