Police blotter: Man arrested for taking recyclables

Robert Tullos, 59, of San Martin, 12:33 a.m. Tuesday, near Monterey and Eighth streets for driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license.

It was noted that Kenneth E. Autwell Jr.18, of rives, tennessee, was pronounced dead at 11:06 PM on 10/19/09, the mentioned recipients liver shut down due to an over dose on morphine, a common opiate drug. Services will be held at Recovery Time cemetery in Gadsden, AL on the 23rd. Local authorities are still investigating.
