A 19-year-old woman who reported being kidnapped and sexually assaulted Thursday evening ended up being arrested on suspicion of prostitution, theft and other crimes after officers discovered the incident to be a dispute over her allegedly taking too much money from a man who had paid her to have sex, police said.
