James brown had nothing to do with her death hell he worked his ass off to solve it.

Gilmer is screwed up, Joe Henry probably killed her, she was not screwing cops.

She was just a kid. Look close it's right in front of you, Joe has a shrine in his bedroom to HER

Find that intresting?> He aslo was convicted and is on probation for CHILD PORNO !!!

Ya Think he might be the one ?? He always tried to screw the girl.

Could be . Is she in any of his porn shots ? Maybe she refused and threatened to tell that he had asked her? So - he deflates her tire while she's working, just happens by and offers to take her home after making the night deposit, takes her somewhere else , like the quarry, which soon becomes the lake, her remains end up under the slab of some building being built. Possibilities ?

I have recently heard that they are questioning someone of interest. Any knowledge of this?

The overzealous investigator in the case was a CPS caseworker named Debbie Minchew. She is the one who planted information and testimony in the minds of the kerr children. She was eventually fired I believe. She once worked for Cherokee county CPS.
I know because she was a caseworker for my parents foster kids and she did them the same way in an effort to frame my parents for some things. My dad was too smart for her. He sat his foster kids down and recorded them telling the truth, that Minchew had made them say those things. The CPS in CHEROKEE county got nervous and dumped her off on Upshur county. If they had fired her then, when she needed it, James Brown would not have had to go through all the crap he suffered

They sure need to take a long, hard look at the video store owner. Child porn conviction....she was a child.

Fact is....there is more that is NOT known than is known. Fear is the one fact that keeps this case from being solved.

Didn't a young man die a few years back who knew quite a bit about this case, taking his knowledge to his grave?(Unless he told his dad.)

Did anyone ever investigate the co-workers of Kelly? I've never read or heard that they were questioned. It seems to me that the people closest to her would have information. I've heard from some Gilmerites that a female that worked with her may have been involved out of jealousy.

Pippy: you could be right. But when you get a town like Gilmer no one can cast the first stone. Too many big names would come up. Those Gilmerites that told you about this female should come forward, if they know something tell it. But hear say don't work in justice you must have proof. One thing I will say about this case is IT WAS COVERED UP AND COVERED UP GOOD.

Read on the news that bones were found around Ore City. Here is a copy and paste from KLTV.

UPSHUR COUNTY, TX (KLTV) A landowner makes a mysterious find as he walks across his property. He finds what appear to be human remains.

The discovery was made on Henry Road, off of Camp Joy Road, just north of Ore City.

Sheriff's Investigators say the bones were found in a small brushy patch.

There are no reports of missing persons in the area and no clothing or any other evidence was found at the site.

The bones have only been identified as possibly human.

The discovery had investigators questioning what they really have, which is why they've sent the bones off for forensic examination.

If the bones turn out to be human, that's just the beginning of trying to figure out how they got there.

Investigators say they should have analysis of the bones back in a few days.

news: as many crack head they got in the area who knows who is missing. Investigators? Some years back (well after Wilson) 2 bodies were found in a pond north of Gilmer. It took them months to figure out who the 2 men were. If they can figure out these human remains in a few days that is great.
But I don't think it is Kelly Wilson. Remains found in a small brush patch? after these many years there would be trees not brush.
Now the land owner was walking across his land? After all these years leaves have fallen the brush there and it is the spring time of the year also with things blooming out? No this cann't be Wilson, if so they need to take a good look at the land owner and the investigators.

Kelly Wilson was my aunt's stepdaughter. My aunt and her husband (Kelly's dad) have always believed that Kelly's boyfriend had something to do with her disappearance because of his behavior immediately after she disappeared - that, and the fact that he somehow ended up with the jewelry Kelly was wearing that night.

Also, someone threw Kelly's car keys into her mother's front yard at least a day after she disappeared, where they were found by either her stepdad or her brother.(I can't remember which one found them.)

Another question is who made the video store's deposit? It was Kelly's car, but video surveillance doesn't give a clear shot of who was driving the car. If her tire was slashed, how did someone drive her car through the night deposit at the bank?

There are too many questions and no good answers. The big problem was that this investigation was botched from the beginning - handled by an officer who had no experience with disappearances/murder investigations. The state police should have been involved from the beginning and they weren't.

I believe someone knows what happened to Kelly. I just hope that she will be found so that our family will have some closure.

C. Bolton: I am pretty sure the state police were involved, that is why the case was covered up so well. Yes, the case was BOTCHED from the beginning like just about everything else is in the area. You talked about the surveillance tape show it was Kellys car, but not a clear picture of who was driving it. This was BOTCHED by someone that knew how to do it. Now if someone was ROBBING the bank they would have a clear picture right?
I do hope one day this will be solved, the only thing is most of the people involved will be dead and in HELL AND THE REST ON THE WAY.

Upshur County authorities are still awaiting the results of forensic testing on bones found near Camp Joy back in April. Since then, the remains have been sent to two separate labs for testing to determine if the bones are human. Investigators say there are 2 long term missing persons cases in the county.

Give them time, I know it has been 2 1/2 months. See the bones in Upshur county are different from the rest. Those Forensic boys/girls and pulling their hair out trying to figure out what do we have here? Human, animal or what?

You people ever think that maybe she is not missing or deceased? Maybe she did know something or just hiding from someone that means her harm.
I think there is a good possiblity that she is alive and is in a neighboring state.
If someone thought they saw her, they would be scared to talk because of ridicule.

That's right, stick your head in the sand and don't believe that anything else could be possible.
What about that girl in the news that was missing for EIGHTEEN years and had two children by the man that took her.
Anything can be possible and if it makes me NUTS for thinking outside the box, then so be it!

I wouldn't worry about what some of those people think of you. For years they have said that I was CRAZY. When I ask them about it nobody heard that. So I started telling them yall THINK I AM CRAZY, BUT I KNOW I AM. I am CRAZY enough that I am not the one who is on TRIAL in the Court house. Good day.

Seeing the outcome of Casey Wilson trial it made me think of Kelly Wilson. In this case a body was found. Even though they may never know what truly happened, at least her body will rest. Kelly Wilson however has never been found.
My basis of knowledge is solely from the Dateline NBC story on Kelly a few years ago. Yes, they do have footage of the money being deposited. The angle and video quality is of such that I don't think any info can be taken from it other than seeing an arm put the deposit in. This leaves only 2 possibilities at this point in my mind.
1. Kelly is fine at this time and she is in the car with the person telling them what to do. Wouldn't a person fully intent on crime keep the money?
2. At this point Kelly is already harmed or in danger and the person has a knowledge of NTV's (store she worked at) store closing routine.
My biggest question: Were the NTV phone records checked at the time? Kelly's tire slashed, she would have called someone?
