Ohhh, where's the racists today, when a "sven and olie" name pops up for drugs? Seriously though, did this lady really think she could do this and not get caught?

Some people think they can do anything and get away with it. I am sure the racists are here, but have not found anything cleaver to say.

Well it doesn't matter what race you are it was a stupid decision. But, if she got away with it before there is no reason for her to think she wouldn't get away with it again.

Yup, they busted her going through Security.

Lifted up her dress, and found eighty pounds of crack.

Why do you want this to be racist ... your just trying to get people going by saying that ... sick of that word ... this was a woman who did a stupid thing no MATTER what color she is!

I have done work for prisons, i have been frisked, stripped nearly naked, had dogs sniff me, been wanded for metals, and had explosive tests done on my skin. Then once you are in, Barney follows your every move, not one single foot of prison is not under camera view and audio recorded. It takes a mental midget to attempt to get drugs in prisons and jails. Oh they get there! By methods still unknown but the risk.... why would you? How lonely and beat down does a woman have to be to stay in love with an incarcerated man.??

Bingo, but if her last name had been Cruz or Washington, everyone would have been on here: "ah, they cause all the crime!" or "where's Sven and Olie in this story" or "send everyone back to Chicago!". Just bringing up a point. Check out any other crime stories, and you'll notice the difference in posts.

A woman was KILLED, and just because the cops said her family wasn't local, people were on the Topix board screaming about "Chicago and Somali trash".

This comment was totally uncalled for. I'm offended. I'm a correctional officer at SCI and I need you to understand something. Though you may have some proof that would bring merit to what you said....I don't. What I see is officers doing there very best to keep themselves, the public, and the inmates safe. We've all seen what drugs can do and it and it's not pretty, safe, or funny. It's dangerous for all. Especially in prison. Correctional officers have a tremendously hard job and it doesn't help when people in the general public think we are a bunch of goons. have

Usually it is the guards or other employees of the prison that bring the drugs in.

Oh, I believe you have one of the most stressful, underappreciated jobs next to a police officer. Problem is, most of the drugs that enter a prison come through an employees hands. It must suck being around the worst of the worst all day, and getting paid jack to do it, but thats where the temptation comes in.

Daily Horoscope for January 5

Scorpio

Let the past stay in the past for now. Even though you may have fond memories of intense experiences, the Virgo Moon sees to it that you have virtually no desire to go there again just yet. This is your opportunity to show others what you can do in a more civilised environment. Don't try to shout down someone who is rude enough to interrupt. As unlikely as it may seem, the softest voice has the biggest chance of being heard today.
