Court reverses conviction in case of infant's death

An Illinois appellate court has reversed the involuntary manslaughter conviction of a 37-year-old Gillespie woman in connection with death of an infant she was baby-sitting at her home in 2001. via State Journal-Register

It is horrible that this woman is going to go free after murdering a child and blaming it on another child. The evidence was conclusive and the court had it right the first time.

If the evidence was so conclusive why did the appeals court change the decision. They don't just do that for no good reason. Tell us what you really know about the evidence.

THIS LADY IS ONE OF THE NICEST PEOPLE THAT YOU WOULD EVER MEET, WHEN I MEET HER I HAD KNOW IDEA WHO SHE WAS OR A THING ABOUT HER AT ALL, I TALKED TO HER FOR MONTHS AND SHE NEVER SAID A THING ABOUT IT AT ALL. SHE HAS 2 CHILDREN THAT SHE LOVES VERY MUCH AND I COULD NEVER SEE HER HURT A FLY LET ALONE A CHILD!!! SHE DESIRVES TO BE FREE!!!

Apparently, serial killer Ted Bundy was also really, really nice in person. You can't judge a book by it's cover.

until u know this person and know the facts who are you(so right in mt. olive)to judge her. i worked with her for a long time and she is a good mother, wife and person. because im sure you have never done anything wrong in your lifetime you are just so perfect so you can judge poeple i guess.
