There is no drought this year so with the price of water in Hampshire they should be happy if we water 24/7. Bring the price of water down in this village and then you might stand a chance of telling us when we can and when we can't water. The times for watering is peak for mosquitos and they tell us to stay indoors at dawn and dusk. A little confusing- don't you think?
