I found out about David this morning. I was raised around David and Letha and loved David like an Uncle. My heart goes out to his family. Rest in peace David.

david was my uncle,he was a great worker and a good hearted man. stern and solid in his belief ,but none the less a truely goodhearted person. out of all my family i truely looked up to him the most throughout the years, sorta my hero so to speak. he was a man that if he didnt earn it dont hand it to him ,as he worked untill his very last days as a strip miner with many of the local people around this area.even when he was in so much pain that most would had stopped ,he still was there and wouldnt give in. he was layes to rest today ,at his home where he resided with his wife debbie workman justice for several years ,in the workmans family cemetary ,in his final resting place he still has not left the lady he loved dear. rest in peace uncle david, terry

Was this the David Justice that road motorcyles? He was the most courageous rider I have ever known. He would stand on the bike and run it down the road... Just wondering. He was fearless.

I miss my Big Dave. He was the love of my life. It has been almost a year and feels like yesterday. The Workman family were fortunate to have him. His memory will always be with us.

I worked with Big Dave very early in my mining career at Highland Mining. I was a young blaster, with Highland being my first job on my own. He would sometimes 'give it to me' for leaving a couple big rocks, but I knew he cared about me. Always would talk about growing up in Justice, where I grew up later and talked of my family in very high regard. I will never forget my friend, my pal Big Dave. He will forever be in my memory. Hard nosed but dear friend. Miss you Big Dave. Love you buddy
