It was told to the socail worker that christy beat him in the head if he wouldnt take the meds she wanted him to take I know that forsure the words come from Dannys mouth

I do think that James should be held responsible for his part and should have made sure that 911 was called with that being said the reason why it is Christy who still sets behind bars and will as she should for a long time-is because she was that little boys mother most women are born with a maternal instict I know that I would die for my child rather than the another way around it is simply unnatural and inhuman I do not know why and I will never know or understand because to understand would to entail being able to compwehend such acts you can not make sense out of the senseless. No matter what happens to James and Christy the fact remains that unfortunately it will not bring Christopher back the best we can hope for is proper justice for him and that would involve telling the whole truth and accepting responsibility any one that knew that any of those children were being neglected mistreated or abused and turned a blind eye or made excuses for those actions should also be held responsible although they have a lesser degree of responsibilty the fact remains that anyone who could have prevented this and did nothing is not as innocent as it seems. I hate that this happened I was totally shocked I knew Christy very little but she seemed to be a nice person and also seemed to care greatly for her children but then again its not like she could go around saying yea I am a terrible mom and put men before my children and will do anything to get them to shut up so she knew that her actions were wrong beyond wrong beyond senseless beyond inhuman. I would be more concerned in finding out the truth, and getting counseling for the other children than I would be about anything else at this point.

Thats all I want to know are the facts leading up to the death of Christopher. It is not adding up. We all know Christy is at fault for being neclectful, and it resulted in the death, but there is more than meets the eye here people. Christy was not alone. And I know for a fact that Lorrie did not know till at least 2 days after the baby died. Christy called her and told her the baby was not breathing and Lorrie called 911 and rushed to Christy and James apartment. Christy and James both knew the baby was dead. James walked out, but he was there when it happened. Ask their neighbors. If I knew the who;e story, I might get some closure, but right now all I can do is wonder.
I have also been posting on another thread that concerns this. about Christys trial.

My kids are geting counseling and cristy @ james was going to chruch so I thouth. and if i knowed Christy was back on drugs i would have took her back to court then i whould had fount out i allrealy had i right 2 him I love him Im not on drurg

Christy and James both are responsible for baby Christophers death and for Christy to get only 3-13 and James is out walking around free is a crying shame they both should rot in prison.Who r the real losers here Danny,Jazz and Ceirra.
