Not that it's any of your concern. I doubt you live in Washington. It's not like our location tells our identities. I don't see you using your real name so WTF do you care what my isp says?

Nobody was attacking you. It's just funny to see someone from ""Moscow, Russia"" on here. How can I post from a foreign country?

I'm not "FROM" as you said it, any foreign country. Our isp's location doesn't mean that's where we live. I told you I was using tor.

bonus this month then all bonuses cut off. coal orders down 75 percent. if something doesn't get better more layoffs and mines shutting down. A friend of mine at Massey has the same thing going on at his mines. People who signed the 3 year contract are being fired since they can't lay them off. So much for the contract to secure you a job they needed a cut back so they found flaws in job performance therefore they could be fired by the contract they signed

You don't make sense whatsoever when you post. You are so pro-union, but you fail to realize that the demands of the unions are a contributing factor in bringing down the auto industry, and other businesses, which in turn have decreased the demand for steel, which in turn has decreased the demand for coal. SO, why are you so proud to be part of the problem??

It's not a matter of times being hard and orders being slow, They sent 3 trains of the wrong coal to a power plant and they sent it back and canceled a multi-million dollar coal order. It was a load out mess up and everyone who worked for Rockhouse paid for it, then all these new mines they were opening was nothing but a tax write off Yes I am talking about #9 mine and 3A, they open them an then at tax time they write all thier used equipment off as new equipment, which I hope they get caught at just like they got caught mining the wrong seam at #9.

Don't Buck sit on Massey's board of directors? He knows how to get rid of people he trained under Don. And they can give you guys all the pep talks they want to, but in my book you got the shaft.

Mr. Harless hasn't been affiliated with Massey in years and years. He wasn't trained by Don, he was in businesses decades before Don even came to Massey. You haven't got your facts completely straight. He can't be blamed for the demand of coal going down - that can't be laid at any one persons feet. Everyone who get's laid off get's the shaft, but it's not the businesses fault - it's the economy. People are smart enough to realize that. Hopefully everything will work out and more jobs will come along. Everyone is hurting right now. It's not an isolated incident, and it's not something anyone wanted.

Read a newspaper. It's not the unions that are the problem stealing from the companies and the taxpayers. It's the greedy CEO's. The amount of money the union employees make is not a drop in the bucket compared to the amount the CEO's make. They make more in one bonus check than five union employee's can make in a lifetime. You scabs would not be making five bucks an hour if it weren't for the unions.

Idon't know if Buck is still on Massey's Board or not. I do know that they will answer to a higher power someday for the heartache and hardship they have brought on these men for the past 20 years, and Don won't be able to appeal this to the 4th District.

Why are you on every forum about Don? You got run out of the Williamson forum, because Massey employee's told you the way it was.
BTW! Massey DOES have large union mines. Stupid!

Massey bought our mines and told us we didn't work there anymore. They brought in armed guards, helicopters, attack dogs, a tank, and an army of lawyers. We worked at the Leslie aqnd McInnis mines in Pike Counry ky. The mines have been scab ever since. You laugh, but someday the same thing could happen to you.
