Why are people so unfriendly in this old world and so snotty?

I agree with you. It really hurts to have a friend stab you in the back. I know that all too well. My hubby tells me that the only true friend you have is Jesus. I have always wondered how some people can actually sleep at night. Because what you reap you sow. It really will come back to bite them in the butt if they wrong you. It makes me so sad, because I know that the world is only going to get worse.

What about all the people who get on here and lie and cause people trouble?I believe I can take unfriendly when compared to the evil,nasty people who post lies and hurtful words on here.It makes me ashamed to be part of the human race.

I believe that they are SO unhappy with their lives that they try to spread it to others and bring them down also. Lies, rumors and exaggerations of what the truth really is, no matter what the cost was to the person and their family. It makes them happier and gives them a little high. I used to have a friend like this a few years ago.

I'm sorry I thought the post was about unfriendly people, not about how you tried to break up my marriage. I left a comment on the topic with no names involved, your adding the names. The person I was referring to lives in S.C. Why are you worried about people starting stuff, they wouldn't know anything about Wayne if you had kept his name out of ANY conversation to ANY ONE! I don't care how many people up there knows Wayne's face, they can look at the picture and see him. He says he'll never go back up there because of you. You stopped him from taking that 4-wheeler trip ever again! I didn't know the guidelines stated you had to live in a certain town to state an opinion. I can't understand why YOU have such a hard time moving on with your life, the two of you had NO romantic dealing's, it was a friendship that you read more into. Are you going to change your story AGAIN? Either way it doesn't matter to us, we have gotten over all the accusations and innuendo's and even laugh about it. I hate to break it to all of you....BUT here is the last place you should look to find a nice person. All this place is used for is for someone to hide behind a screen name and spread a shit load of lies and trouble. People are not nice anymore because they are just tired of putting up with all the drama that life has to offer and have developed a "thick skin" so to speak. Most unfriendly ppl in the world started out wonderful and just got hurt so many times in life they just turn into smart asses themselves to save themselves.

And of course some ppl are just that..a bunch of smart asses and that was how they were raised.

Boy if you only new she had your husband and i seen them at the club a few years back together If you where told they where friends dam you where fooled I don't really care for her but i thought i would let you no if you don't believe me ask the ones that work at the bar she works at

Thank you for the insight. But we are really over this. My husband is the biggest flirt and will talk to anyone. He's a very outgoing person. But he says he only talked to her, and was at her house every day because she told them the place had a lot of crime and their 4-wheelers would be safe in her yard.(He came up there with friends every time) Don't get me wrong she continuously invited them to spend the night at her house. If anything happened he denies it. He despises her and wonders how many more marriages she's tried to ruin. We've been together since 2000, are very happy and have 4 children. If she thought he would dump a wife and 4 children for her she's sadly mistaken. He's got too many women that would take care of that down here! Again thank you!

Listen the other day I was reading through these threads, when I came across this one I thought that TL person was throwing that at you too..She can say she was talking about someone in SC all that she wants but she wasn't... But don't worry about it because if she was as "Happily Married" as she puts IN EVERY COMMENT than she wouldn't be on here trying to start anything with you...lol.. I believe that she keeps saying that they are "Happily Married and Over It" because she is trying to convince herself of that...
Melinda you are a beautiful person inside and out , so don't worry about what she says.. I don't even know what happen with you and that guy, but it is a damn shame that you have to get on here and defend yourself all the time because she keeps posting junk, trying to stir up trouble with you!

Okay your husband is the "Biggest Flirt that you know" And "He's got too many women that would take care of him down there"....lmao... Why it's no wonder that you are so bitter and trying to take shit out on Melinda! This is just an opinion but it sounds to me like your husband is with you BECAUSE of the children and deep in your heart you know that and you are a lil bitter and trying to start trouble with Melinda. You know Melinda is a very kind and sweet person, I have known her all of my life and she would go to the end of the world to help someone. So anyone that hates her, clearly the problem would be within them not her!

Since you don't know me and Melinda could have told you anything I know what she told me on the phone I have spoken to her three times. The last being Thanksgiving. I have no doubt she is a warm compassionate person and has many friends that would say the same. What I have found her to be is a person that wanted what she couldn't have but was determined to get it anyway, or cause problems, anyhow she could. As for the kids, believe me, he's NOT here for the kids. We have a 3 y/o son together. 2 are mine 1 is his. 4 kids. He says he already lived a life with one woman that argued all the time,made him stop doing things he liked to do and when she passed away he said he'd never live like that again. He can be a father without being married. I'm not worried about that one bit. My friend in SC is Missy. I worked with her on EMS. You'd have to know her. Jealous? Not in the least. I'm the one still with him and if anything, what she tried to do has made our marriage stronger! If you look back I was not refering to Melinda in the least she started this. I hope she truly finds what she's looking for in this life and don't go about it the way she did with us.

I'm sure that you are all that the people say you are, but unfortunately I don't know that part of you. You seemed really sincere when we talked last year and very apologetic I appreciated your honesty. And you know what, I still don't have my son potty trained yet! Slow learner like his daddy I guess! As for the "Joyce" person, maybe she was jealous Wayne wasn't talking to her! I know people can be Vicious, and very unpredictable in this world, one reason I retired from EMS. Tired of putting up with the crap. Anyway, I hope you find all your looking for in this life. Hope your family is doing well. Were tired of all this packing but it will be over Sunday. Take care. My heart goes out to you Teresa, I been thru this stuff many yrs ago and it is not fun. I don't know you or the other lady. If she was in your shoes she would seen how you felt at the time too whether there been anything went on or not. It still hurts and upsets a person, course mine went on and a divorce occured. Very hurtful and we had a very small child involved which made the situation so much harder. But it is like this if something did happen believe me what goes around comes around. He is paying big time right now, but you know how thru our daughter for one way, she won't have a thing to do with him and it is dearly dearly killing him. He tries and tries and nothing, plus he will still pay more before his life is over. You DO NOT do wrong and get by it will come back.
