Nurse Rachett - Your making quite the bold statement here saying he is a molester. Read the article again. He did not stick his hands down their pants as they first told police and alleged. Think about where all your spine runs, eventually he might have to touch your rear-end too since your tailbone is runs down to there. His hand being placed in that area was not a matter of wanting to be near their private parts, it's a matter of leverage for pushing off. He can't use your side of your pelvic bone since this would just end up tweaking your back to the side. He needs to be in the center of your body to do so, which means the pubic bone. Last time I checked, my wife's pubic bone and private parts are quite a few inches away from each other. Also, you need to read the other articles about how one of the accusers is a ex-employee who was fired by Dr. Marino and went to work for another Doctor whom Dr. Marino is involved in a civil court case against (Dr. Marino is the plantiff in that case). This ex-employee violated HIPPA laws in contacting patients of Dr. Marino and will end up being sought after by the State.

As for the State's use of an expert witness, they will need to bring in two, which they won't. In Chiropractic medicine, there are 2 schools of thought. One is more holostic than the other.

Understand all the facts before you start making accusations.

Hmm.... now it all makes sense to me, men who have been sitting on the couch with their hand down their pants after dinner aren't pigs. They are making sure that they don't get heartburn!!! LOL.....
Seriously though, the whole story sounds a little off. There are a few questions that come to mind, do these women have any connection to one another other than they all see the same chiropractor and all have heartburn? Has this chiropractor had any prior allegations or charges of this nature? What was the time frame between the incident(s) and the police report(s), did all of the women come forward at once or did one come forward and then after hearing/reading about the story or through police questioning was it discovered that there were more alleged victims? Has anyone confirmed if this method is in-fact a true medical treatment?
Being that this is such a touchy situation (pun intended), I would think a lot more investigation is needed before someone loses everything they worked for, and if the doctor is in fact guilty he should lose all that he has worked for. That is not to say the women are lying, if they are they should be charged.
It really makes it difficult for the public to get thorough medical treatment when doctors are afraid of being sued/charged by patients that make up false accusations.(I am not buying the heartburn treatment though, but stranger things have been true)
All I am saying is this story needs to be thoroughly investigated. Too many bits and pieces and loose ends........

The adjustment revolves around manipulating the hiatus hernia and moving it back down into its proper position. No one ever asked these women nor did they ever say if this got rid of their heartburn or not. I would think that if it didn't that would have been addressed in the news right away as this being a haux and perverted act. However, since it most likely worked and this is purely a witchhunt by the former employee, Two Rivers Podiatrary and Colonial Regional Police that information is left out.

Honestly....did you even read the article or are you one of these 4 women? Read it again. Read the article from the Express Times that talks about how the women know each other and that one of them was a former employee of Dr. Marino and was fired and went to work for another doctor whom Marino is suing (before this case started). Know the facts. And unless these 4 women look like a model, I highly doubt John is going to be putting his hands anywhere near any of their private parts. This is Bath for God's sake.....have you seen most of the women in Bath? I grew up there.....the strip club there in town doesn't even have a minimum teeth requirement!

A hiatus hernia is not even close to the pubic bone. this guy is trying to get a cheap thrill and then bill the insurance company.
