Why was the Mngr alone in the first place? Why did she send the other employee home? Sounds like it could be a case of in-house robbery to me!

Well, after reading Crow's account on the community forum, he says the employee was bloody, or had blood on her head, anyway. With more complete and detailed reporting by the Sun News, maybe we all, including me, wouldn't be making the comments we've made. I now regret what I've said, and I apologize to the victim.

Was she penetrated during the attack?

I heard that was more to this story that was reported. It's being hushed to protect the "victim".

Meanwhile, what about another Silver City business taking it on chin because of suspicious circumstances?

I used to work there, and I know the victim personally. She is a wonderful woman. What happend to her is horrible and everyone posting such disgusting words about this robbery being an 'inside job' and other things is just appalling. Normally yes, the last couple people there are supposed to leave all together. In this particular situation, when all that is left is for the nights earnings to be dropped in the safe, and be out just a mere 2 minutes later is common. Don't blame the victim or the last 2 employees for leaving her alone.
