Libertarians view on the government's involvement in marriage is spot on, do you know the original intent of marriage licenses?

So much for your non-aggression principle.
Who said I believe in non-violence? I'm no hippy, I like violence.

That being said, I'm not so big on terrorist hunting. They taste awful and their hides are useless

Chill, doofus. Both you and I know that I was posting well before 9 PM last night. Last time I checked, New years was at midnight. Besides, truthfully, its not my holiday anyhow. real New Years was back in September, and again coming up on the 15th for round two.

Why are you lumping libertarians and tea party people?

You didn't answer the question, the original intent of marriage licenses?

So you question my libertarian views (even though I have repeatedly said that I am a voluntarist) yet you do not believe in one of the core principles of libertarianism.
Which makes you a hypocrite.

You clearly don't understand the NAP. It isn't, by any stretch of the imagination, a policy of non-violence. It only defines under what circumstances violence is ethical.

And, as a Jew, I'm perfectly comfortable with the idea that violence, even pre-emptive violence is justifiable in self-defence.

Why wouldnt I lump them together? Where did you think the TP came from? Monkeys?

I always assumed marriage licenses are but a few fries short of a dog license.

Hugh---What is wrong?

JOEL THUMBS UP----Wrong is anything that disturbs the peace of society, destroys the harmonious rhythms of nature and which retards the progressive evolution of the individual's consciousness.

Hugh--- Son, please try and speak intelligently and minimize FEELINGS. Let me illustrate your folly. Based on your definition of wrong a student who adds 2+2 and gets 22 is not wrong.

.
So, what is the definition of wrong?

Hugh---- In the WAY of intelligence.

Joel---Are you even averagely intelligent? LOL.

Hugh--- Based on your FEELINGS no but based on your limited intelligence YES.

.
I don't consider you an intelligent person.

The fewer the laws, the better the morals.

The better the morals, the better the inborn instincts.

The better the inborn instincts, the better the heredity and the better the karma both of which shape inborn instincts.

The more religious a person or a nation is, the lower the intelligence.

Why does anyone wish to punish someone for his sexual orientation or for his being left-handed or a straight man displaying effeminate behavior or for the matter a straight woman manifesting masculine traits?

Is any of the above worth punishing?

Punishment, even where murder and rape are concerned, should always be reformative and never punitive (destructive)? There are civilized ways to punish a criminal and yet reform him..

Killing, persecution and maiming are the ways of the barbarians - example, Moses, David, Elijah, Joshua, Muhammad, the 2 so-called angels who were actually possessed sorcerers who killed the population of Sodom on behalf of Lot, Rama, Hitler, Mao, Lenin, Stalin and other barbarians who were of the subhuman type.
