We will just have to agree to disagree then. Illegal aliens are willing accomplices to the employers. You might want to re-read my bank robber analogy again. So if someone lures me to commit a crime and I accept I am less of a criminal than them?

As for feeding their families. Why have kids at an early age you cannot support without breaking laws to do so or take the food out of the mouths of kids whose families either worked to provide for them or had their job taken illegally so they can't? As I also pointed out they know full well they can live off the taxpayer by giving birth on our soil and they won't have to work. We have enough of our own poor to care for without adding illegal aliens and their scamming of our birthright citizenship to live off of us. These people are quite the deceitful schemers. Sorry you don't recognize that. They aren't the innocents that you think they are any less than their greedy employers are.

What about the felonies of stealing ID's which causes the rightful owner a lot of hardship? Is that acceptable to feed your kids?

As I said, both the employers and the illegal aliens are equally guilty just for different reasons. Neither of their reasons are acceptable when they are both hurting the American worker/taxpayer and breaking the law. I want them both held accountable.

When I mentioned amnesty, I referred to Reagan and how he arbitrarily and unilaterally changed the US policy regarding enforcement against corporations who hire illegals. It doesn't really matter if it is giant corporations, or smaller corporations, as it floods the labor pool, decreasing wages for all workers, including those in large corporations. Simply changing that policy would solve the problem, but neither party will do it. Right now, it could be fixed by Obama simply reversing Reagan directive..

So tell me again what's Obama's position on amnesty for 11 million illegal aliens?

I think you misinterpreted what I intended. I was saying that a single individual taking a single job causes less damage than a single person who hires thousands of people illegally..
Illegal Aliens Receive Billions in IRS Tax Benefits

Friday, 23 Sep 2011 05:17 PM

By James Walsh

On July 7, 2011, the U.S. Department of Treasury's inspector general for tax
administration issued a startling report entitled "Individuals Who Are Not
Authorized to Work in the United States Were Paid $4.2 Billion in Refundable
Credits."

No wonder the nation's finances are in turmoil.

******It is clear that unauthorized aliens are filing ITIN tax returns with
fraudulent data.******

The Treasury report found that

"One common type of fraudulent refund involves taxpayers fabricating a Wage and Tax Statement (Form W-2) that shows excess withholding and results in a tax refund."

Obama caves to the GOP on everything. If you want to know his position, just ask the GOP. In this instance, the GOP has said they will do nothing about immigration this year, and Obama probably won't either. They will work together to maintain the status quo, and allow millions more into the nation for the benefit of corporations who hire them to help depress our wages and eliminate our jobs.

I'd rather see the status quo than to give any of these lawbreakers legalization or a path to citizenship. They deserve nothing and by giving them any of the above it sends a signal to the world that all you have to do is come here illegally and eventually you will be pardoned for it and even given our precious citizenship.

There is a way to deal with these corporations and that is to implement e-verify in every workplace and fine the hell out of them if caught hiring illegal aliens. By the way, there are more mop and pop and small to mid-sized businesses who hire illegal aliens rather than large corporations. Then there is Joe Cheapskate that hires them outside of places like Home Depot. That can be stopped also.

I think we agree more than you know. I suggest the main reason we have this problem in the first place is because of Reagan's dictatorial decision not to prosecute any corporation for hiring illegals, then he gave amnesty to about 10 million. That opened the floodgates and we have been fighting this problem ever since.

Yes, absolutely fine the corporations who hire illegals out of existence. I would go a bit easier on those who are here. If they cannot get a job, and cannot get welfare, they will leave on their own. No need to do anything. I don't want to pay for them to be in jail; specially at the rates charged by the corporations for running the prisons.

I can't go along with the status quo, as it is designed to destroy our nation. We have to change the Reagan policies so our laws are enforced.

Wrong! Reagan granted amnesty to 3 million illegal aliens he did not grant them citizenship. If any of them became citizens later there was still a process to follow.

Yes, our government is owned, not by the people, but by the corporations. That makes the US a fascist nation. The corporations own both parties. The people have no say in their own government. The government has declared they have the right and responsibility to arrest any citizen, without charges, without a trial, and can torture them for the rest of their life, however long that might be.

You can complain about the democrats, and I can complain about the republicans, but at the end of the day both parties are fully corrupt. Obama represents the democratic party, but keeps most of bush's horrific policies, and extends them. That is simply not acceptable.

Hard to refute that "Don Joe" well done.
