Whatever, same thing will happen from the businesses that put in expensive ventilation and air purifyers to be exempt from the smoking ban. City went back on it's word and as soon as the music venues spend off monies either their own or loans on this boondoggle the city will say no more noise period and that will be the end of that.
Already in place is the noise ordinance the city put out a couple years back. Kinda sad that a lawnmower from a distance is louder than a rock and roll show at a club downtown.
Maybe all downtown automobile traffic will be banned because of the noise, not that such a thing would actually be so terrible.
