I'm thinking about moving to Austin after graduation, however, I do not drive. Is it possible to live in Austin without a car? Is the public transportation (Capital Metro) reliable and effective enough to get me around town? Any advice would be nice.

Oh sure, I know people who do it all the time.
Depending on where or when you want to go from one place to the other will depend on how long it may take.
Cap Metro is fairly cheap to use but with stops and transfers it can take 3 or 4 times as long as if you drove an automobile.

Thank you! I'm glad to hear it. I've wanted to move there for quite some time.

I will not say it is the best city to move to but in terms of getting around on a bus it is not the worst.
