Tom Cunningham personally knew that Judge William Adams made a corrupt dishonest ruling. The Judge not only ignored a child's outcry of abuse he attacked the parent who reported what the child said.

The judge worked to conceal what the child said because the child said the judge's own lawyer was involved in the abuse. A child psychologist who interviewed the child said what happened was "horrific child abuse."

Judge William Adams corruptly covered up what the child said. There is no law anywhere stating that children should be ignored. In fact, the law says otherwise in many place. The judge was corrupt. It was intentional dishonest. He is a liar, but more importantly he obstructed justice and covered up a crime on behalf of his personal friend and lawyer.

Tom Cunningham knew this. He personally heard testimony about the corruption at the Sunset Commission hearing. Nothing this child has ever said has been rebutted in any way other than vague unsubstantiated denials by the people the child accused of abusing him. This child abuse was covered up by blatantly corrupt Judge William Adams by his blatantly corrupt and dishonest ruling.

Tne Judicial Conduct Commission in its secret hearing called secret witnesses (undoubtedly witnesses who would support the lie in progress that Judge Adams is not corrupt). The witnesses including at least half a dozen available to testify about the extreme corruption by Judge Willaim Adams were ignored whol's existence was known. Tom Cunningham and the Commission perpetrated a lie on the public through secret proceedings. This is why secret proceedings are wrong. The Commission intentionally lied to the public when they said although Judge Adams beat his child, and treated lawyers rudely, he made reasoned decisions. They knew he made a corrupt ruling designed to conceal child abuse and obstruct justice. The child was never heard, and the abuse committed on the child (and others) was ignored.

Tom Cunningham of the Judicial Conduct Commission is dishonest. The structure of the State Government cannot prevent dishonest people like him holding positions of authority but it create structures not conducive to corruption (e.g. no secret hearings).
