Proof would be something measurable- i.e. some physical finding.
Without that, there is simply no way of knowing whether it's not simply a delusional state?
To me that's the only relevant question.
Gender is not always clear cut. One out of 100 babies has questionable genitalia, and one out of 1,000 result in surgery to the baby. Some people are XXY, or XYY, and there are other variations that don't always stand out. We don't yet test everyone genetically, nor would we fully understand what those tests would mean if we did. Perhaps some day we will. But we should make sure now, that genetic testing cannot be used to deny equal rights to all persons.

But surely you have noticed a wide range in what we think of as "gender" among all men and among women? People don't look or act the same even if they are clearly men or women, and with many, it isn't that clear.(Especially as we age) That should be enough to realize we should let people see and express themselves as they wish as long as it doesn't harm others. Gender identity doesn't harm others.

Only vaguely, no details. Genetic variations? Athletics seems to be the only place it might be relevant.

The latest news reports I read say that after extensive medical testing, including genetic testing, she is a hermaphrodite. She has a vagina, but no uterus, nor ovaries, but does have testes, resulting in a testosterone level triple the average adult woman. Whether this gives her an unfair competitive advantage over her opponents is the subject of ongoing disputes.

There's no physical proof aspirin works, so it must be a delusion, I guess.

Transgenders aren't delusional--they function rationally both internally and externally. They understand their psychological gender just as gays understand their psychological orientation.

And without a living wage, who will buy the goods and services of these businesses? Only an idiot thinks he can run a business without considering both clientele and without considering the well-being of the staff who make the business go--unless you are advocating sweatshops and slavery.

Maybe you should study the poverty, disease, and crime brought about by the robber barons and the oligarchy.

EXACTLY!! Inflation & devaluing currency. That's EXCACTLY why ANY minimum wage is a BAD IDEA.
It doesn't matter if it's $10/hr or $1million/hr, it's still a bad idea.
It's not a businesses responsibility to ensure their employees have homes or medical care or food. What you do with your pay is your business- AS IT SHOULD BE.
Raising the minimum wage will only cause prices to go up.

He won't have to do history research. He can just look around him. In a couple of years, if it keep going as it is, we will once again be in a new gilded age, where the wealthy are obscenely rich and the poor are dirt poor, and the gap is immense. Already the middle class is decimated and the disparities are not unlike the 1890's.

No wonder "Downton Abbey" is so popular, their lifestyle, it'll be the new America society. Upstairs and downstairs and no one in between.

Well, then STOP deep throating all the guys in town so quickly. You should ease into it, not gag yourself, and you'll be giving the best deep throat head in town before you know it, and no more puking.

Take some Pepto, that may help. You. Should have had your flu shot.
