This man did have a record of.....inappropriate behavior. The reason that none of it came back to haunt him was because people didn't deal with it like it should have been dealt with. This man was soooo guilty, not just in this instance but in many more. It's sad that he got off without so much as a mark on his record. I hope that he doesn't decide to do this to any other girls.

Justice in D.C.- get a life! The jury came back with a unanimous not guilty verdict. Obviously there is no example to be made as this guy is NOT a monster!
Just to let you know, Justice (and anybody with the same opinion), many of the jurors called the judge the day after the trial was over and asked if they could change their vote in the verdict to guilty. Obviously, they knew that the man was guilty but for some reason did not vote that way when it actually counted. Once again, this man should be in jail and if it weren't for a flawed justice system, he would be.

The girl needs to be prosecuted now for filing a false report. She must really be trash. I think I would sue her.

I'm pretty sure he did it. I was a senior the year it happened and although at the time I didn't know anything was happening, when she came forward a year or so later, I just knew it couldn't be true. But the day after he was found not guilty, he called me to thank me for coming to the trial to support him, and he said "if I was going to do that with a student, it would have been you or *****(a fellow classmate)" At that moment, I knew he was guilty.
