The person was a criminal! Need to do whatever it takes to apprehend and put back in jail. If the people were protecting the individual in the home and would not open the door they to should also go to jail. Not the bondsman.

You know, probably what will happen is the bondsmen that were arrested will face all kinds of charges or fines and the idiot that they were going in after will get off scott free!!!

The bondsmen have no authority to illegaly tresspass so they are the criminals in this case. They should have to face the consequences of THEIR criminal activity and lose their license.

1st off I know Kiesha Jenkins, Mike Freeman and Dallas. She knew they were not real bondsman and run with those low life scums. Yes if the folks were wrong get them back to the Sheriff. She is doing alot of crap thats totally illegal. I have contacted DOI with proof. Dont trust none of them. She along with Dallas and Mike Freeman are DIRTBAGS...Larry Gibson is he a detective or a bondsman. Well we found out today who he really is. We know where the crooks go to get BAIL. And if this same lady runs a daycare out of her home(Lekeysha Jenkins 32, of High Point)I would NOT want my kids there at all.

It would be really nice if Fox8 would provide "the rest of the story". There's a difference in bail bondmen and bounty hunters - right? Bounty hunters can enter homes to apprehend individuals whose bond has been revoked or that have skipped out. Can bail bondsmen do this? There's just not enough information here.

Bail Bondsmans do have that right to enter the resident. But from what was told to me. They should have had better info. Before they breached the door. In this state BOUNTY HUNTING is not allowed. You have to be licensed thru the dept of insurance.

According to NCGS Chapter 58: Article 71, Section 10: "At this time, there are specific provisions for bounty hunters". I checked and this means that bounty hunters are indeed allowed in this state. By statutes, the general definition of "bounty hunter" can also apply to "Surety Bondsman" and "Runner" GS58-71-5.
Sorry, I wasn't more clear. My question was more of, "What did they do wrong that violated the bondsman or bounty hunter law?"
