You're forgetting that a bunch of cops broke into her house unannounced trying to nab her husband. She had every right to defend herself, her children and her property from those unannounced intruders. You would have done the same thing if you were in that situation. Any reasonable person would have.Christina KORBE killed a human being on 11/19/2008. She had no justifyable reason to do so.
Things don't always go 100% as they are always planned. This is a fine example. Agent Hicks died because the cops boned up. Its sad, it truly is. But **** happens.I have been involved in many such POLICE raids and they announce who they are when knocking at your door.
Thats not very clear at all. Lets hope the jury isn't going to be as biased as you are and draw their own conclusions from the evidence at the trial. She knew who was at her door and she and her drug dealing husband knew what to do. He ran down to flush the drugs while she held the cops off. Well listening to her jail house tapes.......any novice PSYC 101 student could clearly see she is a NARCIST and KILLED that FBI Agent to defend her DRUG LIFESTYLE.
And any person, drug dealer or priest, should be deeply afraid when several armed men break into their home at 6 in the morning unannounced, regardless of who those intruders are. They broke into her home in their haste to nab her husband and their negligence resulted in the death of one of their own. A tragic circumstance that could of and should have been avoided.ANyone whom has ever dealt drugs always fears that the person whom they were not sure of , an d they just sold to , will tell the police!
And that little <sic> two year old son of his has his Dad's coworkers to blame. If they had followed procedure and not tried to rush things, Agent Hicks would still be alive. Anyone with some sense in their head can clearly see and understand this concept fully. That littel 2 year old son of the AGENT will never remember his father!
