New Cake Shop

Has anyone heard anything about the new cake shop in Cabot? It's on Pine St, I believe?

It's called "The Littlist Cake Shop" and it's on Pine across the street from El Canaveral Mexican restaurant, tucked in that strip area with some of the newer buildings. I've been by there a few times, just noticing it a few weeks ago. I haven't been there yet but plan to, after all , It's CAKES! Yum! They could've put any name in front of it , and all i read is CAKE SHOP!..Ok, actually i probably would NOT go there if it was called "Tec-Boys Cake Shop" LoL!...that's kind of a "local" joke , you may not get it...

I have been in there and you would not believe the wonderful smell. OMG, you are in heaven! The taste is amazing! I haven't found one thing I don't like. You have to go in there. Not to mention it's really cute in there. They have pink walls and polka dots everywhere.

who is Vin/Todd? Is that a French Restaurant? Must be very elegant and expensive!!!!

I heard it's great. It's actually French AND Italian cuisine, but not meaning "Traditional". The food is based on the regions of Turin Italy, and Villa Franche France, two very distinct Culinary cuisines that are unfamiliar to most. The decor / atmosphere is absolutely stunning, and classic, but very high-tech. Every table features a glass top "Touch screen", which you simply touch and order your whole menu, drinks included, and has the option of bluetooth capability - meaning if you have a phone that is capable and you sometimes pay bills by phone, you simply set your phone on the table surface, and the interface takes care of it all, which is very neat.

Btw-...So, we have ONE person from Hermitage PA making "Geographical" accusations ,...and i wonder who THAT is?

There's another cake shop in Cabot called Cakes by Sam. I'd have to say they make hands down, the best cake i've ever had. Absolutley wonderful!

No the best cakes you can ever have is by pat lane. you haven't tasted heaven till you have one of her cakes

Pat Lane made my wedding cake and it was the best cake that we have ever had. I wish that I could eat one of her cakes everyday. She is so sweet and her cakes are awesome!

You may just be wrong..but then again, I've never had Pat Lanes cake before. I've been a loyal Cakes by Sam customer for years and I've never been able to find any better. Not only do they taste amazing, they look as good as they taste.

Just b/c it says Vin/Todd is in Kilgore, TX, doesn't mean he really is. When I type something from my work it shows a different location, we're in North little rock, but i know it comes up as somewhere else.

Cakes by Sam tastes like cake...matter of fact it tasted like the cake I made from a box. Not only that, but I'd prefer to do business with someone I could trust. Littlest Cake Shop has good cake, she's not overpriced, and it's a local bakery. Cakes by Sam is not a bakery per say.

You're absolutley right..Cakes by Sam is NOT a bakery. They are a specialty cake shop, for those who want exquisite taste and design.

There is no comparison between Cakes by Sam's cakes and any of the other decorators in Cabot. If you want just a cake go to Kroger or Wal-Mart, but if you want a work of art then Cakes by Sam is the only choice. Her cakes taste as good as they look. Sam is the "Ace of Cakes" in Central Arkansas! You get what you pay for. Her work is worth every penny.

I just used the littlest cake shop for the grooms cake for my wedding and also the iced cookies...it was very very reasonable and not only did it look great but it tasted great...
