A Middletown man pleaded not guilty to misdemeanor vehicular manslaughter Tuesday stemming from a fatal crash allegedly caused after he choked on a piece of meat.

I thought it was against the to be distracted while driving. No drinking. No eatting. No holding a child or pet. If it aint. It dam well sould be. It is in Texas.
