I've lived in HVL for a LONG time and LOVE it here....I have no complaints other than the new folks that have moved in and want to change everything.

To many realtors in Hidden Valley, think they are doing good? when they sell nothing! Homes way over priced. I wonder how many of them will re-fi to get money for their bills now that interest rates are low? A career in how to bracketer money from consumers! I am glad the market had slowed way down, it's time again for mortgage companies to be on top. I wonder how many realtors will go into that field, and then back? LOL

HVL is like living in a bad Desperate Housewives episode. Oh well the Housing Crash should shake things up there a bit with all the Adjustable Rate Mortgages.

My Sis lived there and wat a monopoly it is! Corruption! The dues are like $1,400 a year and water has gone up. Now wonder why the builders are taking it in the shorts! Lots of forclosures too. "The American Dream" ????
