I disagree with the proposal.

I'd rather see police in the local schools and pay for the lack of security there than spend money on building a pipe that doesn't need to be built.

I'm guessing whoever "proposed" this probably has friends who are contractors and private contractors ready to collect that 4 million they allege it would cost to build.

I mean a cheaper alternative would be to conserve water in those areas not provide more to be wasted.
Really we as Americans it seems take everything for granted even the water.
Never satisfied with what is available always want more, more and more. Will that ever change?

They need to focus on stopping the epidemic of Child Rape that has inundated Gettysburg. It's absolutely disgusting what is going on in this two-bit town.

Pink Eye..GET REAL!! The tourism dollars AREN'T holding Gettysburg together..it's the TAXPAYERS working in DC and Philly.. and spending their bucks in The Gettysburg's gas stations, restaurants and grocery stores!! That's WHO is keeping GETTYSBURG afloat!!!
