Maybe this is the wave of the future? Bringing in an out-of-town jury to give the "Guilty" or "Not Guilty" verdict..

The judge knows what he's doing, it's very difficult to find 16 literate, sober people in and around Gettysburg. Might as well bus them in every morning.
