And yet people flock by the thousands to get in the door. It's a good company and it wants to stay that way. I agree the CEO getting and increase while others getting a pay freeze is not right but if anyone doesent like it I'm sure exit signs are at every door and someone is willing to take their place. Maybe they can go back to school and become a CEO themselves.

Interesting you couldn't address this when I posted about it in that other thread. So that's your answer for everything: if you don't like it, there's the door? You must give up & roll over for everything. Why should anyone have to walk? How about standing up for things & trying to change policy? Are you such a sheep that you just go along w/anything even if it it's a slap in the face to you & your co-workers for all the work you've done? No thanks, I'll fight for what's right instead of walking away w/my tail between my legs. Only losers do that.

Yeah - OK, we’re all going to become CEO’s….Sorry, but your chances even with a Masters degree are pretty slim unless you know someone, or are in some kind of family business. The reason people are flocking to the door, is at this point they will take anything. There’s not a lot to choose from, and all business are cutting employee pay and benefits to boost the shareholders bottom line. It the same story everywhere in the US right now. The good jobs have gone over seas…….FYI….Over the llast decade our government paid companies to do this. It’s a rich-mans world, and they’re doing everything they can to keep it that way. It’s a small private club.

You truly suck at this whole forum thing, don't you? When you can't give an informed or intelligent response, you resort to name-calling. Perhaps you need to learn how to be around adults.

I am around adults daily and in charge of most of them I am around. Thank you again for your opinion which happens to have no merit.

It sucks but ultimately your correct.

What are you gonna do...QUIT???

And it's not like this is a STRIKEABLE issue. Can't see the workers walking off the job behind this decision but as a CAT worker, there are only two things you can do about it...absolutely nothing & like it.

A VERY suckable position indeed.

Sure you are. And quite frankly, I couldn't give a hoot what you think of my opinion. It's apparent you've got a totally skewed view of things so coming from you, that means nothing.
