To the Economic Development Commission:
Do not whore out Germantown like other communities have done to the detriment of the community. Do not use West Allis or even our neighbors to the south, Menomonee Falls, as an example of your vision of what you want Germantown to become. Brookfield and Mequon have done a much more successful job at bringing in business while keeping the character of the comminuty in tact and segregating business from the residential areas.
