Anothet 20 something young man has just passed away in Franklin due to a herion overdose. His name was brandon abbott. Great guy when he wasnt breaking in houses or stealing from you to support his habit. When will someone finally break this epidemic in this city.

It's called survival of the fittest. The weak will die. It's unfortunate, but true.
All the bureaucrats thought tougher penalties and more difficult access to pain pills would miraculously *poof* cure all the opiate addicts. But they inevitably turn to the next best thing to manage their pain.
They're better off on pills, at least they know what they're getting and how much. With street-grade, unregulated heroin, nobody ever knows.
That's addiction. You get better or you die. It's not a drug problem, it's a personality problem. Until people can fix the source, and quit trying to fix the symptoms, people are going to keep dying. Get used to it.
