Please tell us MICKEY where Vern supported the ban or disagreed with your statement that the ban was a bad idea..........
Waiting..........LOL

But there are more risks with these activities you mentioned. How much harm should come from tubing down a river with friends? Add several thousand and alcohol then you have a major problem. The big picture is a young life was wasted. He could have amounted to something or someone. Judging from the out-pouring of searched I'd say he was well liked. My heart goes out to his family.

Shit you are almost as much of liar as Romney is. Your article does not say anything at all that supports your claim that Romney was right about there being no deduction for companies who offshore.
Mine on the other hand, from FOXNEWS, showed that both you and ROMNEY were wrong about that.
And on the issue of corporate tax rates apperantly you only read the headline because when you get into the meat of the article that YOU CITED it says the following.
"Loopholes and other special treatment for different kinds of businesses mean that businesses pay an effective rate of only 29.2% of their income, which puts the United States below the average of 31.9% among other major economies, according to analysis by the Treasury Department.
And the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, the multinational group that tracks global economic growth, estimates the United States collects less corporate tax relative to the overall economy than almost any other country in the world."
AND THAT IS FROM YOUR OWN SOURCE!
How can one person be so factually wrong so often? No wonder you like Romney. You are birds of a feather.
There are deduction for everything including me living in Mexico..........My first 90k is tax deductible and my wife and two kids get another 90k each..........LOL

If you were not so stupid you would have heard Mitt say that the tax code needs simplification..........LOL

And Ron Paul would have ended all of these deductions.....

But he said Obama was wrong when he said there was a tax break for businesses who send jobs overseas.

So you admit that Mitt Romney either lied about that or didn't know and claimed he did?

Here is a funny video of Steven Colbert pointing out Romney's 'radical shift to the left' in the debates, calling him a 'fire breathing socialist' and making fun Conservatives for cheering this performance and essentially selling out their principles because hey....."F*CK it, it works".

Dear casual reader,

Judging by the volume and content of his posts, HERE IS ONE, aka MEXITROLL is nothing but a disruptive troll...

He is a proven liar and the laughing stock of TOPIX, engaging him in debates is not only a waste of time but is counterproductive, he spreads conservative lies and disinformation and attempts to stifle debate, he is best ignored, replying to his posts is like feeding an irritating gnat....

His modus operandi is to misinterpret what he reads, disregard links which prove him wrong, claim victory after posting irrelevant links, engaging in endless word parsing and ridiculous semantics, barging into various threads with totally irrelevant material and other childish pranks worthy of a snotty nosed juvenile....

Cite the specific line in the U.S. tax code that allows an exemption for offshoring a business...

You have not done that.

Fox news simply stated that the cost of doing business is never taxed as income..

You're lying again.....you just cannot help yourself can you.
I don't know what you and he are talking about either.
name the section of the tax code that you and he are referring to.

Obama implied that there was a specific tax deduction on the books for offshoring a business. That is a lie.

Romney was correct when he said that there was no tax exemption in the U.S. tax code for a business that moves offshore.

The cost of moving a business offshore can be deducted because it IS a cost that a business will incurr should they take on the burden of moving offshore. Gee, Why would a business spend all that money simply to leave the U.S.

Could it be that the business may have to move to survive?

There is no tax break designed for business to move over seas..........LOL

Yes there are loop holes and if moronic liberals would listen that is one of the biggest things Mitt wants to do is to simplify the tax code and remove things like this.....

He was correct that there is no specific deduction, that's all. If I am a business with a HQ in the US and I close a factory to move it overseas I get to deduct that from my taxes. If I move the whole company I deduct my expenses leaving and then no longer pay US taxes. Period. Romney want to do wants good for his ilk. That's all. They should be proud being a sub L'élitisme morman. Someone who is much much better than you.

Why a business decides to move part or all of it out the U.S. depends on the type of business. For global services and manufacturing the biggest benefit would be payroll. That's why Apple (a US corporation) and other companies manufacture in China. That is why your customer support calls are routed to India. That is why US farmers hire immigrants from Mexico. That is why companies in the US want H1-B visas.

Apple of course does something a little more tricky, they create subsidies out of the the US, file the patents, sell the license back to Apple who has it manufactured in China. All for US corporate protection. Exxon is another one, their overall effective tax rate is 42%(that isn't only US/State income taxes) And they are HQ in the US. Why? Maybe they should move somewhere else? Obviously it is important to be a US corporation and pay those so called high taxes.

Chevron 43.3%(Somebody besides Exxon needs to foot the war bill)
ConocoPhillips 45.6%(O ya!)
JPMorgan Chase 29.1%(LOL if you bank with them and make less than $250,000 a year)
Wal-Mart Stores 32.6%(maybe they should close all their stores in the US and open up in Mexico)
Microsoft 15.9%($?)
Wells Fargo 31.5%(you should get a US mortgage from them)
IBM 24.5%(go figure)
Apple 24.6%(as mentioned)

If I am the local Joe the plumber, I could take the choice of doing business in the US or business elsewhere. I'm not sure how well that model will work in China. Maybe Mexico or Canada if I where willing to live there. That's one point over paying US taxes in exchange.

And BTW most US corporations never pay 39.2% out in income taxes.
The bottom line is if you want to do any business in the US you are going to have to pay taxes otherwise do your business elsewhere or negotiate like a human being.

Yes, Romney was correct. Businesses do NOT get a tax break from the U.S. government for moving offshore.
And yes, businesses will incurr a large "expense" when or if they decide to move offshore. This expense will affect their bottom line dramatically.
Why then would any business decide to move out of the U.S.?
Romney tried to engage Obama in that discussion, but Obama was silent on the subject. Obama has proposed cutting the corporate tax rates, but like most obama promises he hasn't gotten it done.
The U.S. has oppressively high tax corporate tax rates, so the businesses (and the jobs they create) are seeking refuge elsewhere in order to survive.
U.S. corporate tax rate: No. 1 in the world
The U.S. rate stands at 39.2% when both federal and state rates are included.
President Obama has proposed cutting the corporate rate to 28%, Republican challenger Mitt Romney proposes a 25% rate.

There is no specific tax break for companies relocating overseas as you lefties are implying. There are tax breaks for companies that move, with no specific designation on where they move.
