You don't understand squat about our legal system, but you are welcome to continue making a total fool of yourself for as long as you want, heaven know everyone on TOPIX needs a good laugh and you make a good laughing stock...LMAO

Also, not everyone working for Hostess was a truck driver pulling $75K per year, many of them were clerks, bakers and other workers making peanuts...so stick your links in your ear because they are as accurate as all the links you posted to polls that were predicting a Romney victory.... ROTFLMAO
You are the one that claimed it is not murder when you kill a unborn child

Would you like a few more links that also prove you a liar and moron??

No, what I claimed was that every time the government raises minimum wage by 25 an hour the employers whine (engage in fear mongering) and falsely claim they will be forced into massive layoffs or go bust, but generally just the opposite happens...
The government's intent in mandating minimum wage is not to enrich the employers but to assure employers do not take advantage of certain workers by paying them starvation wages...
Wrong, wrong, wrong. You claimed that when the government raised the minimum wage employers got richer and hired more people.

My challenge to you is then why doesn't government continue to raise the minimum wage until all are employed. You have yet to answer.

Same thing with the Stimulus. If government funding projects is such a good thing why stop at $900 billion, why not just keep going until everybody is working?

You make the statements but refuse to back them up with any empirical data. Why would that be?

I don't know what "empirical data" you want other than the fact Mc Donald's and most other fast food joints have been expanding for decades in spite of raises in the minimum wage...

As I said before, minimum wage is not about full employment nor making employers rich ....

Minimum wage is about stemming exploitation of the disadvantaged by employers who desire to enrich themselves unfairly at someone else's expense...

If I remember correctly, president OBAMA initially requested a larger stimulus but settled on $900 billion because of T Publican intransigence ... also, many serious economists have said the economic recovery would have been greatly expedited by a much larger stimulus...

Over the last 50 years the population of India has increased. Does that mean that our minimum wage laws are responsible for that.

You know, data that supports your theory.

That is what you may think it does but that is not reality, funny how your ideas and reality are a of the time so far apart.

What minimum wage laws do in reality is increase costs and decrease employment for unskilled laborers. You know, immigrants, teenagers, blacks, etc.

How did the GOP stop Obama's stimulus when the Dems had control of the Congress and the White House?

So you don't believe in free speech for restaurant owners?
Don't be moronic. Of course restaurant owners should (and do) have the same free speech rights as anyone else. And they have a right to talk themselves right into bankruptcy as well.

You see sam, having a right, and knowing when to use it, are two different things.

Using your free speech right to piss off and alienate half of your potential customer base is just not good business. That is simply common sense. He is free to do it, but he may well pay the price for it.

That is not hard to understand is it?

Yes, the population of India increased over the last 50 years.... and we are not discussing the population of India, we are discussing the minimum wage in the US and how none of dire predictions of the deleterious effects of higher minimum wages have never come to pass...

Well... since you are so in touch with reality and claim that "minimum wage increase costs and decrease employment for unskilled laborers...etc...etc." than perhaps you could explain to us how is it that so many companies depending on "unskilled laborers" managed to expand while keeping their prices relatively affordable to the masses over the last 50 years...?

Which companies would those be? How do you know that those companies are hiring teenagers, immigrants and African Americans? All you gotta do ole Comrade is look up the unemployment rates for the youth and African Americans. It isn't that hard.

Ole Comrade merely spouts whatever pops into his mind. He can never prove any of his wild claims because they are made out of whole cloth. Nary a fact in the mix.

Rather than seat on your conservative posterior and peruse statistics in obscure right- wing-nut- blogs It would behoove you to get in touch with reality by taking a stroll through a Mc Donalds, Taco Bell, Carl's Jr, KFC and dozens of other enduring institutions and you will see plenty of "teenagers, immigrants and African Americans" laboring in organizations which show little signs of being vanquished by the minimum wage....
