The reason I left CAP was because they think they can find things. Once in while, they get lucky. This is a waste of AF funding.

I would want more qualified personnel looking for my relative rather than a bunch of kids and adults who are full of themselves.

Sounds like "FormerCAP" didn't cut the mustard in CAP. CAP Standards too high for you? Or maybe you just didn't fit it with a bunch of service minded professionals who understand that there is a chain of command. There are more than just a few people who drop out because they don't wnat to go through the requirments before they are turned loose to fly or run the squadron.
I happen to appreciate the service of these and other volunteers who dedicate there time and money to train to be there for those in need. Anyone who would degrade them is lacking something!
