We were pulling the boat up the the ramp off the dock when I saw the saw the car drove in the lake. We were strapping the boaton the trailer. When I heard a splash people were saying "roll down the windows, roll down the windows." They got no answer. The car strated submerging in the water. People yelled for someone to call 911. There were 4 people in the water trying to get them out. Someone did call 911 and told them where the car was is in lake. One person came to the truck that I was in. Asking what has happen I said a man and a child were in the car that submerged. The person said that it was the person's husband and child. Then she started running down to the lake.
